After the initial intake session, we will set up a consistent day and time to meet. We believe that in order to get the maximum benefit from therapy, regularly scheduled weekly appointments are best. We offer our counseling services in the Westfield Office in Union County, New Jersey.
Insurance
Please reach out to us to discuss your insurance coverage. You are responsible for paying any fees not covered by your insurance provider. We can also provide you with a receipt for services that you can submit to your insurance provider. Please check with your insurance provider for the details of your coverage.

The advantage of not using your insurance is that your counseling process is fully your own and completely confidential! It will be determined by you and your therapist, with no restrictions from your insurance company. In addition, a mental health diagnosis will not have to be added to your permanent health records.
