ARBOR Counselor and Co-Founder Grace Montes has been invited to be a panelist at the Take Charge of your Health! Women’s Edition event hosted by Rutgers Community Outreach.

She will be discussing the importance of emotional wellness and mental health as a part of taking charge of our health. She will be along side a few other amazing panelists that will be discussing additional topics including primary care and GYN concerns, Nutrition and Hormone Health, and Stress Management. We are excited to be a part of the mission to take charge of our health and build our community of women supporting women!
